Preaching At Ben Hill United Methodist Church--July 19

Friends, as a part of my homecoming tour, "For A Liberated People", I will be preaching at one of Atlanta's most prestigious African-American congregations: Ben Hill United Methodist Church at the 9:45 AM service during the annual Men's Day service on July 19.

My first stop was preaching at Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church in St. Louis, MO one of St. Louis' and the mid-West's most progressive congregations. It is the most socio-economically diverse congregation I've ever seen. Corporate executives sitting next to folks that just got out of jail. Amazing. No missional jargon but historic black church community engagement. It's not "missional" it's just normal.

Get real, get healed, and be free! God is a liberator.
