Yesterday, I had French fries. I really, really like French fries more than boiled potatoes.

I know that expressing affection for French Fries doesn't necessarily mean you are denigrating potato chips. But, I think it's a slippery slope and I wish people would be more careful with their words and more inclusive in their preferences.

Actually, if everybody would only speak favorably about the things I like and the things I think are important, then I would be happy.
