The best way to live is to live a life fashioned by devoting oneself to always doing the good and by a readiness to do act toward the good(Titus 3:1, 14).
Sadly, for many Christians, they are told that the best way to live is to focus on avoidance of bad things (DON'T!!. . . or STOP!!. . .). It's too bad that many youth and college ministries do not focus on living like Jesus in this way. Parents of teens of college students seem to care more about if their child is avoiding bad things rather than if their child is devoted to the good. Very sad. I'm sorry if your church's main emphasis is keeping you from doing bad things. Following the Way is so much more than that.
Devoting oneself to doing the good is not just about doing good acts. It's a way of think, living, being. It's a lifestyle preference.
(anybody recognize which ACC school is pictured above?)
